Before founding the atelier, she led transformative ventures across Europe — spanning industrial innovation, real estate, and technology — in France, Poland, and Belgium. Fluent in six languages — Swedish, English, French, Spanish, Polish, and German — she brings a uniquely international perspective to creative strategy and business development.

At ÄKTA, Magdalena oversees creative direction and partnerships, guiding the realisation of ambitious artistic visions with clarity and curatorial depth. In parallel, she drives ÄKTA’s commercial strategy, applying her market insight to strengthen the company’s position across creation, collection, and investment.




Pierre - Senior Art Advisor
Pierre has over 20 years of experience in the international art world. He spent a decade at Sotheby’s New York, where he gained extensive expertise in the contemporary art market and worked closely with leading galleries, museums, and major collectors. Since then, he has advised high-profile private and institutional clients on acquisitions, collection strategy, and market positioning. He is currently a curator at Fundación Jumex in Mexico City, one of Latin America’s leading contemporary art institutions.

At ÄKTA, Pierre offers his expertise on artist selection and curatorial direction, strengthening the company’s connections with leading galleries and collectors across Europe and the United States.



Luiza - Chief Marketing Officer
Luiza brings over 19 years of experience in integrated marketing communications across the financial and technology sectors. A strategic and imaginative leader, she combines analytical precision with strong expertise in brand storytelling. Having worked across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East & Africa, Luiza brings a nuanced grasp of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and cultural sensibility.

At ÄKTA, she leads marketing and public relations, shaping the company’s identity and amplifying its collaborations with artists, collectors, and cultural partners through thoughtful narrative and positioning.



Serve - Chief Operation Officer
Serve offers 18 years of experience and extensive expertise in engineering and business development, built through a long-standing leadership career with one of Europe’s leading construction and infrastructure firms. He has led major civil and marine projects — from R&D centers and hospitals to ports and large-scale residential developments. His background spans project engineering, operations, and strategic growth, complemented by international engagement through educational and community initiatives worldwide.
